I am passionate about homecooked, wholesome, quick and tasty food. I love to experiment with different ingredients, often successful but have failed miserably too. I enjoy eating and always hungry!!! My background is Chinese/Malaysian and British, married with two girls. We've recently moved back to Dartmouth, Devon. I'm a cook/chef in a village pub, The George Inn, in a lovely village, Blackawton.
