My background is Chinese/Malaysian and British, married with two girls. We've recently moved back to Dartmouth, Devon. Having spent almost 18 months cooking/cheffing in a village pub, I'm now one of two lead chefs in Slapton Field Study Centre in South Devon. A stunning location to be.
