Jackie Glynn
My style of cooking is "Easy & Healthy". That doesn't mean that I am a svelte size 0.... far from it, but the older I get, the more interested I am in leading a healthier lifestyle. Over the past 3 years I seem to have developed issues with Lactose/Casein and Gluten so am now Dairy and Gluten Free, which makes being healthier, a little easier. I have an Advanced Diploma in Diet & Nutrition and an Advanced Diploma in Weight Loss so I know a little. I hope that you enjoy my recipes and blogs. Just remember to take small steps if you want to become healthier, doing everything all at once often leads to failure as life gets in the way! Life is too short to be anything but happy & healthy...
